 | I agree on Lincoln Street's plan being the best. The made everything pedirtsean-scaled and tied the structure into the surrounding area. They also proposed a pretty comprehensive mix of uses. I would like to see a central feature in the park, but that's really nit picking.Some of the other designs still followed some of the design flaws that killed the original City Center. The elevated park completely removes pedirtseans from the street level and kills any chance at vibrancy. Also, any mention of big box retail earns an immediate forehead crinkle from me. | |
